  • LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

    If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service within 7 Business Days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

RETURNS

Wrong size, not the right colour – whatever it is, we are happy to help you find the right product.

To be elligible for a refund, the product must be unworn, in their original packaging, and have been purchased within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns from within New Zealand are FREE!

Please contact us to arrange a return. The team will send you a free returns label, please remember to pack your items in the orginal packaging, including shoe box.

You will receive your refund in your orignal payment method.

  • SALE ITEMS

    Items purchased on sale can be returned for a refund for the amount paid for the items, excluding shipping. During sale periods, returns may take up to 10 business days to process.

  • EXCHANGES

    Unfortunately we are unable to facilitate exchanges. If you wish to change an item for another size, colour or style, we recommend you return the original item and make a new purchase.

  • FAULTY ITEMS

    We are committed to producing high quality shoes from the best and safest materials. However, if you do receive a faulty item, please follow the instructions below.

    Please get in touch with Customer Service and send through a photo of the fault. Our team will take care of you and manage the returns process. We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering an exchange, discount voucher, refund or repair.

    If you purchased these from a third-party website or from an independent retailer then please go back to the store that you purchased the product through and follow their returns process.

  • SHOES PURCHASED THROUGH A RETAILER OR THIRD PARTY SITE

    To exchange or return a product purchased from a Bobux stockist or third party online retailer, please return the item to the store directly.
    Products purchased from online auction sites cannot be returned or exchanged through Bobux. Please contact the seller directly.
