If the fit is not right, we’ll gladly exchange your purchase for another size or design to the same value. Simply return the unworn shoes or clothing in the original packaging. To help us process your exchange swiftly, please print and complete the return/exchange form and return with the item(s) via courier or post, to these addresses:

Bobux products purchased from other stores or websites

  • Products purchased from online auction sites such as eBay or Trademe, cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items purchased from one of our Distributor-specific websites can only be returned to the website the goods were purchased from
  • To exchange or return a product purchased from a Bobux stockist, please return the item to the store directly

We are committed to producing high quality shoes and clothing from the best materials. However if a manufacturing gremlin slipped passed our gatekeepers, please contact us via e-mail before returning items with a defect. Our customer service team will take care of the returns process.
