Exchanging your footwear and apparel
If you are exchanging your unworn footwear or apparel for another size or design, please print off the Return/exchange form provided.
If you are exchanging your footwear or apparel due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us to have your return authorized first. We can provide a same-size replacement in the same or different design.

Returning your footwear and apparel
If you are returning your unworn footwear or apparel for a refund, please provide us with your order number, if known, and print off the return.exchange form provided. (Your order number can be found in your original email confirmation from Bobux.) Bobux can only refund footwear or apparel originally purchased directly from Bobux.co.nz or by phone.
Please note, Bobux cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Bobux label has been altered. For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Bobux brand on the label affixed below the ankle band of the right shoe.
