Shopping Information

Is your online shopping secure?

Absolutely. Your credit information and personal data is secure when shopping on any Bobux web sites. Our web sites use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it.

What is your privacy policy?

Bobux takes every measure possible to ensure the privacy of your personal information. At no time will we share any unauthorised information stored in our customer database with any third party. We currently use outside delivery companies to deliver orders, and a credit card processing company for the billing of phone orders and Internet purchases. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes. You can call in your order to a customer service representative at 09 969 0670 Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Can I purchase Bobux from your head office or distribution offices?

We have a factory outlet located at our head office premises Unit 7, 35 Allens Road, East Tamaki, Auckland. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4pm. Saturdays 10:00am to 14:00pm


Can you tell me what stores in my area have the design I'm looking for?

Because Bobux retailers are independent, we are unable to track their current inventory levels. However, Bobux footwear and apparel is stocked by most reputable children's wear and footwear stores throughout New Zealand and Australia and if your particular design is not in store it can be ordered and delivered to store with 3-5 days.

What designs are most popular?

We continue to up date our web sites and brochures with the latest new designs as well as our traditional best sellers. For instance our iconic red with the teddy bear shoes were released in 1991, the same year Bobux the company was formed and continue to sell well today.

Does Bobux make donations?

Bobux regularly supports Plunket, Kindergartens and Early Learning centres.

How do I get on your mailing list and how often will you contact me?

Simply sign up to receive our monthly emails containing Bobux news and special offers. We also periodically send additional updates on new products and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time with the click of a button. Click here to sign up now.

Delivery Information

Is it too late to make changes or cancel my order?

We ship your order to you as quickly as possible. It depends on the status of your order and whether it has been processed and/or shipped. You can contact our customer service representatives at 09 969 0670 or by email. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Your delivery requires a signature. How do I waive this?

Most courier companies require a signature for proof of delivery. If you wish, have us deliver your purchase to your business during the day if that's where you'll be. Don't forget to provide us with your full name AND your company's name when ordering this way.

When will I receive my Bobux purchase?

Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days when using our standard service.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to customers in New Zealand and Australia. If you are an Australian customer you need to go to our Australian web shop at www.bobux.com. If you wish to shop from outside New Zealand please visit our Bobux website and choose the Bobux site closest to you.

Returns Policy

What is the Bobux return/exchange policy?

If you purchased your Bobux footwear through a retail store or another web site, please try returning them there first. For online purchases from bobux.co.nz and other exchanges, please visit our Return Policy page for a complete list of options that are situation-specific.

It is not necessary to return the Bobux packaging.

Please note, Bobux cannot accept for return or exchange any product purchased from online auction sites or where the Bobux label has been altered. For your assurance of product quality and authenticity, look for the Bobux brand on the label affixed below the ankle band of the right shoe.

When will I see a credit on my billing statement from my return? Once we receive your return at Bobux, it takes approximately 5-7 business days to process your refund. When we issue your refund, it should appear on your credit card's next billing cycle.

Photo Gallery and Contest

How do I submit my child's photo for the Photo Gallery and enter your contest?

We would love to include your child's photo wearing their Bobux shoes or our other products in our online photo gallery. Visit our Photo Entry page to submit your digital photo. You'll also be automatically entered into our monthly Photo Gallery contest to win the gift basket and you will be contacted if your child's photo is the winner . The winning photo will be featured on the Photo Gallery page for all to see! Click here for more details and to enter.

You can also post your entry to us. Please note: we are unable to return any photos that are mailed to us.

When will my photo be put into the photo gallery?

We take all photos received at the end of each month and pick a winner from these entries. It takes a week to prepare and update the online photo gallery.

How long do you keep photos in the photo gallery?

We keep photos in the gallery for approximately 24 months.
